Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information My Brand Kit Generator (“we”, “us”), operated by My Brand Kit, collects when you use mybrandkit.cc and how it’s used.

The short version

• You don’t need an account. We don’t ask for your name or email to use the tool.
• We don’t store your brand kits. A kit’s details (name, tagline, colors, fonts) live in the page link, and are processed only to generate your kit and downloads.
• We measure how the site is used with our own cookieless analytics. We can’t identify you or follow you across days or other websites.
• We show ads from Google, which use cookies as described below.

Information processed automatically

Like most websites, our server receives standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use it to deliver the site, prevent abuse (for example, temporary rate limiting keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address) and diagnose errors. Rate-limit records are deleted within minutes.

Our analytics

To understand which features are useful, we record anonymous usage events on our own server. Examples: a page was viewed, a kit was generated, a guide was downloaded, a font pairing was chosen, and how fast the page loaded. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service.

• No cookies or device storage are used for analytics.
• No personal data is stored. To count unique visitors, we combine your IP address and browser type with a random value that changes every day, and keep only a one-way hash of the result. The daily value is deleted at the end of each day, so the hash can’t be linked back to you or to your visits on other days. Your IP address itself is never stored.
• No kit contents are recorded. We record page addresses without the part that contains your brand name and colors, and only the domain of the site that referred you.
• Your browser’s privacy signals are respected. If Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled, no analytics are recorded at all.
• Analytics data is kept for up to 395 days and then deleted automatically.

Fonts

Fonts are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads a font, your browser requests it from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used, through a Google-certified consent management platform. You can change your choice at any time via the privacy settings link shown by that platform.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we don’t maintain user accounts, most data we could hold is held by our advertising partner; use the controls above, or contact us and we’ll help.

Children

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13.
