Your kits are yours
Anything you generate (palettes, guides, exported files) is yours to use for any personal or commercial purpose, with no attribution required. Colors and color combinations generally can’t be owned, and we make no claim to them.
Fonts
Font pairings reference typefaces published on Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License or similar open licenses. Those licenses, not these terms, govern use of the fonts themselves.
No guarantees
The service is provided “as is”. Contrast calculations follow WCAG 2.2 formulas, but meeting contrast ratios alone does not make a product fully accessible or legally compliant. CMYK values are approximate. We aren’t responsible for print results, trademark conflicts, or business decisions made using the tool. Check that your brand name and visual identity don’t infringe existing trademarks before investing in them.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service: no automated scraping beyond reasonable use, attempts to disrupt the site, or using it to create content that impersonates another business.
